Fans can pay for Swift’s record-breaking concert flick with top cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, and Shiba Inu. Other accepted cryptos are Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, and XRP.
The crypto ticket sales are possible through a BitPay partnership AMC launched in 2021. Customers can select BitPay at checkout on AMC’s website and mobile app.
The highly anticipated Swift film has already surpassed $100 million in presales. Cryptocurrency ticket payments could benefit Swift directly, as she uniquely stands to receive 57% of all ticket revenues.
