Binance has unveiled its first summer internship program designed to promote talent development and stimulate innovation in the Web3 sector. The program’s immersive nature will equip young talents with practical knowledge and skills as they work with the brightest minds in the world’s biggest cryptocurrency organization.
The 10-week summer internship program is designed to offer interns cross-functional learning opportunities by rotating them across various teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, and Binance Academy. The interns will benefit from mentorship by experienced project leads who will provide guidance and support throughout the program. Additionally, the AMP features training and development elements like Communications with Impact, Culture Intelligence, and Effective Feedback to augment their personal and professional skills. The interns will also get the chance to network with Binance executives, managers, and project leads, as well as other professionals in the industry. Finally, the interns will present a final project to top executives at the end of the program, which will optimize their learning and growth throughout the experience.
Yi He, Binance co-founder, and Chief Marketing Officer stated that as pioneers in the web 3.0 realm, they have a critical responsibility to encourage and cultivate the talent required for the industry’s continued triumph. The Advanced Management Program is a carefully designed initiative aimed at identifying exceptional young individuals with a passion for web3 and providing them with essential skills and experiences to flourish in this rapidly evolving sector. They are delighted to offer this immersive experience, which will nurture future talents and propel the industry forward.
Upon fulfilling the program’s requirements, the interns may receive an offer for a permanent position at Binance or a slot in the Graduate Leadership Program in 2024, which will pave the way for them to establish a fulfilling career within the organization.
