NFT Inspect, a widely used tool for analyzing and engaging with non-fungible tokens (NFTs), is teaming up with MoonPay, a Web3 infrastructure company, to enable Twitter users to conveniently buy NFTs and cryptocurrencies directly through their Chrome browser extension.
Inspect recently launched a Chrome browser extension that offers up-to-date information about popular NFT collections commonly used as Twitter profile pictures (PFPs). This Twitter NFT Search tool, also available as a beta web version, empowers users to explore various applications of an NFT on Twitter and examines blockchain data related to the collection.
As stated in a press release, the collaboration will allow NFT Inspect users to buy several types of cryptocurrencies and purchase NFTs by leveraging MoonPay’s payment infrastructure, which accepts diverse payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit cards, and local bank transfers.
Ivan Soto-Wright, the CEO and co-founder of MoonPay, pronounced that this partnership reinforces their mutual objective of promoting the integration of crypto and building a limitless payment ecosystem that welcomes everyone, regardless of experience level.
Ivan Soto-Wright, the CEO and co-founder of MoonPay, said that “This collaboration reinforces our shared vision of fostering widespread crypto adoption and creating a borderless digital payments ecosystem, where everyone can participate, regardless of experience level.”
After previously announcing its closure in January, NFT Inspect made a comeback in March under new ownership. Since then, it has been expanding its range of tools to assist NFT traders in tracking market trends. Moreover, it recently joined forces with Polygon Labs in an effort to enhance adoption and usage.
In recent months, MoonPay has broadened its range of collaborations and in June 2022, it forged a partnership with Mastercard. This alliance enables customers to buy NFTs on platforms like LooksRare and Magic Eden directly, bypassing the need to first acquire cryptocurrency.
