Trump Media & Technology Group is expanding into financial technology through a formal partnership with Crypto.com and Yorkville America Digital to launch itcoin">Bitcoin and Cronos exchange-traded funds under its Truth.Fi platform. The ETFs will be distributed by Crypto.com’s registered broker-dealer, Foris Capital US LLC, with Charles Schwab serving as fund custodian. TMTG has allocated up to $250 million for deployment into these investment vehicles and separately managed accounts.
The partnership represents a significant move into regulated digital asset markets, with plans for global distribution across U.S., European, and Asian markets following regulatory approval. This arrangement formalizes a non-binding announcement made earlier in March, now with concrete implementation plans. Truth.Fi-branded separately managed accounts are also in development, though specific details remain limited.
Crypto.com’s involvement aligns with its ambitious 2025 roadmap, which includes filing for a dedicated Cronos spot ETF in Q4 and launching a platform-native stablecoin in the third quarter. CEO Kris Marszalek characterized the collaboration as strategic integration between traditional and digital finance channels. Meanwhile, Yorkville America Digital CEO Troy Rillo emphasized that these new financial products are designed to align with domestic market interests.
